Had a decent stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. The food was incredible. Ianna at the pool was especially delightful, she really knew how to make a guest feel valued.

Had a fantastic time with friends here! We visited Universal Studios and hiked Runyon Canyon. The location is perfect for exploring, with clean facilities and a welcoming pool area. Valet and front desk staff were super friendly! The restaurant offers solid meals, just be ready for parking fees.

One thing to note, my checkout experience was a hassle when my key card got unkeyed, making it hard to grab our bags.

We just finished a 2-night stay. The hotel's location is a dream for tourists since it’s right near all the sights. Our room was on the smaller side but pretty cozy. Had some noise from upstairs but nothing the front desk couldn't handle quickly. Loved grabbing coffee from the café—it was strong and delish. The pool area was super inviting too!
